Salvation nd not Prosperity- A need to Retrace our steps back to Christ Jesus
Salvation and not Prosperity! A need to retrace our steps before it's too Late.
Have you taken your time to know your purpose on this planet earth?
Do you know that God could have given another child to your parents, rather he gave you to them.
Sometimes I keep wondering why we Christ-likes of today chase after prosperity, rather than God's kingdom to the point, when you ask a little child what he desires to become and his reason(s) when he grows up. We hear things like, politician so that I can have money, plenty money and more money.
Hmmmmmm!
It is written in God's word that
"Seek ye the kingdom of God and his righteousness, others shall follow".
Bringing up our kids in the way of God is now a forgotten thing by parents.
Even when it is part of God's instructions that
"....bring up your child in the way of God so that when he grows up, he will not depart from it"
Salvation is now changed for prosperity, fame, power. That we now twist God's words, takes his precious grace for granted.
A lady who is well aware that her body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, will, at night that nobody sees her, go sleep with a man she's not married to and tells you God's grace is sufficient for us vise visa.
When being questioned for such act, response will be "it's not new nawww, afterall everyone does it; besides it's called fun and not fornication".
Do we keep dwelling in sin because God's grace is abundant?
Brethren let's turn back to retrace our steps to the race of salvation.
Remember he who remembers one or two worldly things and turn back to pick it, might miss God's kingdom.
The only thing our heavenly father will never want to take control of is our will. No wonder the bible said it that:
Before you, lies good and bad, life and death. It's now our choice to make.
John 3:16 said it all, "for God so loved the world ..."
Our father's love made him to still advised us to choose life. Because He doesn't want us to perish.
May we not be like the seeds that feel among the thorns and was choked by it; making it not to yield fruits. Rather, may we be like the one that feel on good soil, yielding plenty of fruits.
May God open our hearts to receive His words, understanding spirit to digest and His proclamation desire to share with others His coming. Amen .
Remain blessed!
